"For a long time, I have felt like a part of the basketball team because we've been practicing and training together for a while. But going through processing and seeing athletes from other sports like beach volleyball, and diving and gymnastics, I felt like a part of something bigger as well. It opened my eyes to the fact that we are all a part of the U.S. Olympic Team no matter what sport we are going to compete in, and that's an honor."
