The USA dominated Germany for 40 minutes, much to the delight of a crowd that included golden boy Michael Phelps. Everyone scored in the 106-57 rout, including 22 from Dwight Howard, 18 from LeBron James, 13 from Kobe Bryant and 10 from Chris Paul.
