Young USA Basketball Players Make it Official

See where other top athletes from other sports are going and why!

The fall signing period for players in the Class of 2011 began Nov. 10 and closes next Wednesday. There are quite a few athletes who have competed internationally, many of whom have won gold medals, representing the red, white and blue. Most of them have given verbals to schools, others have simply kept their fans on pins and needles. Well, it’s time to put an end to all the speculation!

In addition to 2010 USA U17 World Championship Team member and MVP of the tournament Brad Beal, who signed today to join ’10 USA U18 gold medalist Pat Young at Florida, and 2009 USA U16 National Team gold medal winners Kaleena Lewis and Kiah Stokes, who will play together at UConn, there are 33 athletes who have competed for USA Basketball who will be heading to some of the nation’s top colleges next fall and who have or who will be making their intent official this week.

Below are charts listing all eligible players who have competed for USA Basketball in the last couple of years and where they have officially signed.
