USA U19 Trials Underway

 

Despite more rain in Dallas and delayed flights, the USA Basketball Men's U19 World Championship Team Trials got underway Thursday night at the Dallas Mavericks practice facility.  USA U19 head coach Jerry Wainwright put the 16 players who made it into Dallas on Thursday through a spirited two hour session.  The Trials continue Friday with all 18 players expected in and two sessions.  The trials are being used to determine finalists for the USA Team that will compete in the FIBA U19 World Championship that is being held July 12-22 in Novi Sad, Serbia.
