USA BASKETBALL TRAINING DATES: June 18-24, at TBA

2010 QUALIFIED TEAMS (12): Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Egypt, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, South Korea, Spain and the United States.

EVENT DESCRIPTION: The FIBA U17 World Championship For Men will feature 12 national teams that qualified through their FIBA zone tournaments. Players eligible for this competition must have been born on or after Jan. 1, 1993.

EVENT HISTORY: 2010 is the inaugual FIBA U17 World Championship for Men. The event is scheduled to be held every two years. The USA qualified for this event by winning the 2009 FIBA Americas U16 Championship.
