USA BASKETBALL
Member of the 2007 USA Mens Senior National Team and USA FIBA Americas Championship Team that finished 10-0, won gold and qualified the United States men for the 2008 Olympics. The USA Team was a team comprised of members of USA Basketball Senior National Team program.
Played in all 10 of the USAs FIBA Americas Championship games. Averaged 4.7 ppg., 1.0 rpg., a team second (tie) best 4.6 apg., 14.3 minutes a game, while shooting 61.3 percent (19-31 FGs) from the field, and 50.0 percent (5-10 3pt FGs) from 3-point.
Recorded 14 points (6-8 FGs, 2-3 3pt FGs) and a team high six assist against Uruguay; also recorded 10 points and four assists against U.S. Virgin Islands, eight points (4-4 FGs) and seven assists versus Puerto Rico, posted seven assists and no turnovers in 10 minutes of play against Puerto Rico in semis. Played for the USA Blue Team in the 2007 State Farm USA Basketball Challenge and recorded six points and a game nine assists in just under 30 minutes of action. Added on May 23, 2007, to the USA Basketball Men's Senior National Team.
Named as a member of the USA Junior World Championship Team on July 2, 2003.
Member of the USA Junior World Championship that finished 5-0 to win the 2003 Global Games in Dallas, Texas. Started all five games and averaged 10.8 ppg., 4.0 apg., and shot 54.1 percent from the field, including 58.3 percent from 3-point (14-24 3pt FGs).
Named co-MVP of the 2003 Global Games.

Named to 2005-06 NBA All-Rookie first team.
Selected for the Sophomore team in the 2007 Rookie Challenge Game held during the All-Star Weekend, he scored 19 points (8-12 FGs, 3-4 3pt FGs) and added seven assists in 15 minutes of action to help lead the Sophomores to a 155-114 victory over the Rookies.

In three seasons at Illinois, helped lead the Illini to an 88-16 overall record and 84.6 winning percentage. Aidied Illinois to three NCAA Tournaments, advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2003-04 and the NCAA Championship game in 2004-05 (75-70 loss to North Carolina). Also compiled a 39-9 record in Big Ten play, while capturing two Big Ten Conference regular season championships and two Big Ten Tournaments.
