USA BASKETBALL
Member of the 2007 USA Mens Senior National Team and USA FIBA Americas Championship Team that finished 10-0, won gold and qualified the United States men for the 2008 Olympics. The USA Team was a team comprised of members of USA Basketball Senior National Team program.
Started once and played in all 10 of the USAs FIBA Americas Championship games. Averaged 11.0 ppg. (fifth high on team), 4.7 rpg. (fourth high on team), 1.1 spg., 17.7 minutes a game, while shooting 67.3 percent (37-55 FGs) from the field, and 71.4 percent (35-49 FTs) from the foul line. Tied for team lead in made and attempted free throws.
Scored in double digures in seven of the USA's 10 game. Recorded 19 points (7-10 FGs) and z team high seven rebounds against Uruguay; 16 points (4-4 FGs, 8-9 FTs) versus Venezuela, and 12 points and a tean best eiight rebounds versus Puerto Rico.
Played for the USA Blue Team in the 2007 State Farm USA Basketball Challenge and recorded 12 points (5-9 FGs), and added eight in just under 31 minutes of action.
Named on July 25, 2006, one of 15 Finalists for the 2006 USA World Championship Team but withdrew Aug. 3 to complete recovery from arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.
Named on March 5, 2006, to the 2006-2008 USA Basketball Men's Senior National Team.
As a member of the 2004 U.S. Olympic basketball team that finished 5-3 and won the bronze medal, played in all eight of the USA's Olympic games and averaged 2.8 ppg. and 1.8 rpg.
As a member of the 2004 USA Basketball Men's Senior National Team that compiled a 5-1 record in its pre-Olympic training, played in five games and averaged 3.0 ppg. and 1.0 rpg.

Had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on April 5, 2006, ending his comeback from an Oct. 15 microfracture surgery on his left knee. Returned to play and start in three games (March 23 vs. Portland, March 25 versus Denver and March 27 vs. New Jersey) in 2005-06 after undergoing surgery to repair a joint surface defect in his left knee on Oct. 15, 2005.
Named 2004-05 All-NBA Second Team after averaging a career high 26.0 ppg., 8.9 rpg., 1.6 apg., 1.63 bpg., 0.96 spg., while shooting 55.9 percent from the field and 73.3 percent from the foul line.
Finished 2004-05 ranked second overall in the NBA in field goal percentage, fifth in scoring, 17th in rebounding, 20th in blocked shots and was the only NBA player ranked in the top 10 in points and field goal percentage.
Scored career-high 50 points (20-27 FGs), Jan., 2, 2005, versus Portland.
In 2003-04, his second NBA season, he played in 55 games and increased his averages across the board, posting 20.6 ppg., career best 9.0 rpg., 1.62 bpg., 1.16 spg., and 1.4 apg., while shooting 47.5 percent from the field.
Due to injuries, he did not play in the minimum number of games in 2003-04 required to qualify for inclusion in most statistical rankings, however, he did finish ranked 25th in field goal percentage, and would have found himself ranked 15th in scoring, tied for 15th in rebounding, 19th in blocked shots and 45th in steals.
In 2002-03, he was named the NBA Rookie of the Year after averaging 13.5 ppg., 8.8 rpg.,1.06 bpg. and shooting 47.2 percent from the field.
Topped all rookies in rebounds, free throws made (320) and attempted (484), was second in points, blocks and minutes (31.3), and fourth in field goal percentage.
As a rookie in 2002-03, ranked seventh in NBA in offensive rebounds (3.1) and 12th in rebounding (8.8 rpg.).
