- Aided the Blue Devils during her collegiate career to a 128-12 record (.914) and at least a share of three Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) regular season crowns, two ACC Tournament titles (2003, 2004), while also competing in four NCAA Tournaments, advancing as far as the title game in 2006, the 2003 Final Four and 2004 Elite Eight.
- On Jan. 20, 2007, became Duke's second women's basketball player to have her number (10) retired.
- Helped Duke finish 2006-07 regular season with a 29-0 record, marking the first ACC team and only the 14th team in NCAA history to go undefeated in the regular season.
- Winner of the 2007 Frances Pomeroy Naismith award, presented annually by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame to the nation's top player 5-8 and under.
