  • Had a huge game in the USA’s 95-90 win over Argentina in the semifinals, accounting for 29 points (7-10 FGs, 15-17 FTs), nine rebounds in 29 minutes.
  • Also posted 18 point showings in wins over Argentina (84-71) and Croatia (88-69) in preliminary play, and had 16 point and 11 rebound performances in wins against Israel and Japan.

  • Tied for ninth in MVP balloting in 2007 and second in voting for 2004 Most Improved Player Award.

  • During his three seasons at Duke the Blue Devils compiled a win-loss record of 90-16 for an .849 winning percentage, while winning two Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) regular season titles, three ACC Tournament championships and making three NCAA Tournaments, winning the NCAA title in 2001 and advancing to the Sweet 16 twice (2000 and 2002).
  • Finished his three-year college career ranked as Duke’s all-time leader in field goal percentage (.631) and third all-time in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
  • His 1,506 career points ranks 23rd all-time in Duke scoring.
  • Played in 101 games and averaged 14.9 ppg., 7.2 rpg., and shot 74.1 percent from the foul line.
  • Scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in 30 minutes of action in the Duke’s 82-72 victory over Arizona in the 2001 NCAA championship game. Finished with 19 points (7-8 FGs) and four rebounds in 25 minutes of action in Duke’s 95-84 win over Maryland in the NCAA semifinal.
  • As a junior in 2001-02 was named All-America third team by The Associated Press and National Association of Basketball Coaches.

  • Born on November 20, 1981, in Aschaffenburg, Germany, and grew-up in Juneau, Alaska.
  • Son of Charles and Renee’ Boozer, has one older sister, Natasha, and three younger siblings, Charles, Nakeisha and Natenya.
  • He and his wife, CeCe, have three boys, Carmani and twins Cayden and Cameron who were born in the summer of 2007.
  • Twice selected as a Parade Magazine All-American in high school and was a USA Today first team All-America selection after his senior season at Juneau, Alaska’s Douglas High School.
  • Was named Alaska’s High School Player of the Year three times.
  • Led Juneau-Douglas High School to a 95-12 record during his four-year prep career, including state titles as a sophomore and junior and two state third-place finishes.
